Flight Score overview

Jaivin Anzalota -

Flight Scores on nonstop flights generally range from 6 to 10, based on a data-driven algorithm. Flight Scores may trend below a 6 when a trip comprising multiple segments is meaningfully longer than faster options on any given route, such as a trip with an especially long layover or two stops.

Flight Score components

  1. Aircraft layout, seat, and amenities such as Wi-Fi and fresh food
  2. Duration compared to the fastest option on a route

Flight Score component weightings are based on extensive market research and testing with flyers, airlines and distributors. Weightings are tailored by economy cabins (Economy, Premium Economy) and front cabins (Business, First Class), as well as other factors such as region, as applicable.
